The Work of the Polish Order of Malta in Grobniki

Grobniki is a new project that the Polish Order of Malta is starting in the Głubczyce area of Poland. The Mayor of the city of Głubczyce has given a school to the Order to use as a centre for parents with disabled children up to the age of 3. It will support their rehabilitation and also help with an early intervention scheme and provide a kindergarden foundation. There is a real need for such a service in this area of the county.

In order to enable the centre to function major reconstruction work needs to take place including installing water and heating systems, ventilation and renovation. Furniture and equipment for rehabilitation needs to be bought.

There is a team of local dedicated and committed people to work at the centre and your financial support will significantly help them to enhance the lives of disabled children.

We are hoping to complete the project by the end of August 2016.
